Meditation With a Monk
Mondays 6:15 - 7:30 Floor 2 Room 2
Co-facilitating a meditation session with Bhante Pemaratana of the Pittsburgh Buddhist Center. Each session begins with a short talk, followed by mindful movement, a body scan meditation, a meditation on goodwill, and concludes with a meditation on breathing. Chairs are available as well as a handful of zafus (meditation cushions.) All are welcome, no previous experience necessary.
